Martyn Walsh has a true passion for audio/sound production overseeing the creation of all audio assets across all games. Martyn will liaise with Senior Managers and Designers across the clients business to define the audio strategy for multiple and varied game products. Martyn is the right guy to provide inspirational music direction to any game in production and to act as a central figure in the production and development of audio for existing and new IP.
Dave Sharp has a long standing games development background covering 70+ published titles on 15+ different gaming formats. Dave will lead on the integration of the audio produced by Martyn into any game project in a frictionless process that is focused on a smooth and painless incorporation of the audio assets.
Sound effects are an integral part of any game, equal in importance to artwork, music and game play. Good sound effects create an impact which rounds out the entire gaming experience; without them, that experience would suffer. They are designed to completely absorb the player into any virtual world, making it believable, entertaining and satisfying all at the same time. Creative ambient sounds keep the player from being distracted by the real world, ensuring game silence does not ruin the immersive effect of a game.
